The Journal of Trauma Anaesthesia, Resuscitation and Critical Care (JTARCC) is an open-access peer-reviewed journal committed to publishing high-quality articles in the field of Trauma Anaesthesia, Resuscitation and Critical Care. The journal is owned by the Association of Anaesthesiology & Critical Care for Trauma and published by the Scientific Scholar.

Aims & Scope

This will be an international peer reviewed open access journal with the main aim of encouraging professionals to publish scientific, high quality contemporary literature to benefit the global scientific fraternity.
Journal of Trauma Anaesthesia, Resuscitation and Critical care is the official journal of Association of Anaesthesiology & Critical Care for Trauma. Bringing together the latest advances in trauma anesthesia, resuscitation, pain control, and critical care from across the globe, the journal serves as a unique platform for its authors to share their experience. This singular publication caters to the information needs of clinicians, researchers, and students. With a glittering editorial and advisory board featuring prominent names from the fields of anesthesiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, surgery and critical care medicine, this Open Access journal implements a rigorous peer review process for all submissions.
The journal encourages authors to submit original investigations of emerging challenges surrounding this field. Also welcome are submissions of interesting review articles, both systematic and narrative in nature, and case reports highlighting rare situations and/or involving novel techniques.

Review Process

JTARCC has a highly rigorous peer-review process that makes sure that manuscripts are scientifically accurate, relevant, novel and important. Authors disclose all conflicts, affiliations and financial associations such that the published content is not biased.

Journal Ethics

The Journal of Trauma Anaesthesia, Resuscitation and Critical Care is committed to meeting and upholding the standards of ethical behavior at all stages of the publication process. We follow closely the industry associations, such as the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), that set standards and provide guidelines for best practices in order to meet these requirements. Plagiarism Policy

The journal uses plagiarism check software (iThenticate) on the Editor’s and Reviewer’s panel in the manuscript management system which is used to check and control Plagiarism for each article. Any manuscript, that is found to have plagiarism is rejected.

Archival Policy

We use PORTICO for our third-party repository for all articles published with us. All our articles are assigned a DOI number. We are members of https://crossref.org

Ahead of Print Policy

Articles published online under the Ahead of Print model are considered published and can be cited and quoted using the DOI as the reference source. Journal of Trauma Anaesthesia, Resuscitation and Critical Care has a policy that changes will not be made after the publication of an article without following accepted procedures for making corrections to the scientific record.
